Our office is taking every step possible to ensure your safety during COVID-19.  This includes following state and CDC guidelines to reduce exposure risk for you and our staff.   If you have an appointment scheduled in the office but are not feeling well, DO NOT enter our building.  Call prior to your appointment for further instruction. 

 

During your visit, you are always required to wear a mask unless a provider/or clinical staff member requests you temporarily remove it for testing or exam.  

 

All adults without special needs, should enter our building by themselves.   Friends and family members will need to wait outside of the building if they have accompanied you to your visit. 

 

Only children with appointments should be brought into the office and accompanied by one parent.   Care arrangements for siblings need to be made so those without appointments are not brought into the office.
